Bed linen is not provided. Pets are allowed. All necessary baby equipment can be provided on request. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. A deposit is required on the day of arrival. Welcome to the rates and reservations page !
Rates and booking for the large cottage
Low season
(October / April)- Rate adaptable to the type of stay.
- Arrival days at the cottage: every day.
- Monthly rates = 1200 euros.
Mid season
(May/ June/ September and school holidays)- Days of arrival at the cottage
- Rate adaptable to a shorter or longer stay, contact us
- Price per month: 1400 euros
- During school holidays fall, winter, spring rentals are weekly with arrival and departure on Saturday or Sunday.
High season
(July/ August)- Arrival days: Saturday or Sunday
- Arrival from 14h and departure before 12h
- Can only be rented by the week
Week-end
(One night)- Arrival from 2pm onwards
- Departure possible in the afternoon
Week-end
(Two nights)- Arrived from 6pm on Friday
- Departure possible in the afternoon

We are subject to the tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to the season, the number of adults and children. In low season to the week there is no tourist tax. In general the amount is less than 1 euro per adult per day. Children under 18 years old are not subject to tourist tax. In winter the heating is the responsibility of the tenant. We read the meter on arrival and departure. The price is market, EDF rate.
We have a wood stove, for short term rentals we provide wood for free and we take care to light the stove before your arrival so that you ofitiez as soon as you arrive from the gentle heat of a wood heating. For long-term rentals, we provide 1 cubic meter of wood for free, then the cubic meter is charged 25 euros.
The cottage is non-smoking, there is an ashtray that you can leave outside during your stay and that you will be kind enough to clean before entering the cottage to not leave a smell of cold tobacco for the following tenants! Yes it is also better to specify it, it still happens regularly.
Cleaning is not included, it is the responsibility of the tenants. You must return the cottage in the condition in which you found it for the respect of the following tenants and
owners. Otherwise for people who do not want to clean a package is possible (75 euros for the large cottage, 50 for the small cottage). If you take the package you must still empty the garbage, clean the dishes, dry and store! No I am not super maniac, but as surprising as it may seem it has happened to us several times to find the house with dishes not done or worse dirty in the cupboards, garbage not out…
For the inventory, I do not count the teaspoons with you or glasses or anything, I prefer a relationship of trust. A deposit of 200 euros is requested upon arrival by check preferably, not cashed and that I return the day of departure. In 17 years I have taken only one bond from workers.
For long-term rentals the bottled gas for the stove is the responsibility of the
tenants once the bottle is empty unless it was almost empty when you arrived
in which case we replace it.
